Known affectionately as "The Boss," Marion runs front-of-the-house duties in the restaurant and was even voted one of New York's Most Gracious Hosts by Zagat Survey. She lives in New York City wth her husband, and has eight grandchildren.

Creator of FRESCO's award-wining wine list, Anthony began his career in New York City at Le Perigord Restaurant and opened the first California franchise for Bobby Rubino's Restaurant in San Francisco. Today, Anthony lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

A former PR executive for the fashion industry, Elaina has worked for such designers as Yves Saint Laurent. She spearheaded the expansion of FRESCO's to-go franchise, FRESCO on the go®. Elaina lives in New York
City with her two children.

Rosanna has been a member of WNYW-FOX 5 News since 1986. She has won 3 Emmys for anchoring FOX 5 News at 10 and Good Day New York. In addition to a host of professional accolades, Rosanna has received honors for her community service work. She works at FRESCO as President of "Schmoozing."
